GENERAL RETURN POLICY
We aim to provide you with exceptional products and service. However, please note the following general conditions:
Returns are accepted only for eligible products as described below.
Items must be returned in their original condition, unworn, unwashed, with all tags attached, and in original packaging where applicable.
Exclusions: Items marked as “Final Sale, 1 of 1, Limited or LTD” including all 1-of-1 products, custom pieces, and personalized items, are not eligible for returns, exchanges, or refunds.

FINAL SALE ITEMS (1-OF-1 DESIGNS AND CUSTOM PRODUCTS)
ALL SALES ARE FINAL for the following categories:
1-of-1 Products: These exclusive, one-of-a-kind items are sold “as is.” Due to their unique nature, no returns, exchanges, or refunds are permitted.
Custom Pieces: Any item made to your specifications or personalized is considered final sale.
Clearance or Special Offers: Items marked as “Final Sale, 1 of 1, Limited or LTD” at the time of purchase cannot be returned.
Please carefully review your order details before completing your purchase.

NON-FINAL SALE PRODUCTS
For eligible products that are not marked as “Final Sale, 1 of 1, Limited or LTD”:
Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery.
To qualify, items must meet the conditions outlined in Section 1 above.
Refunds for eligible items will be issued to the original payment method.
Shipping fees for returns are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part.

DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS
If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or incorrect:
Contact us within 30 days of receiving your order at flamingoapparelbrand@gmail.com.
Provide your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos of the damage or defect.
Upon verification, we may offer a replacement, store credit, or refund at our discretion.

HOW TO INITIATE A RETURN
To initiate a return for eligible items:

Include your order number and the item(s) you wish to return.
Follow the instructions provided to ship your return.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error. We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure your return is safely delivered.

REFUND PROCESSING
Once your return is received and inspected, you will be notified of the status of your refund.
Refunds are processed within 14-30 business days after approval.
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method only.
Please note: It may take additional time for the refund to reflect on your bank or credit card statement, depending on your financial institution.
