We currently ship to:
United States: Including all 50 states and U.S. territories.
International Destinations: Select countries. Shipping availability may vary by region.

SHIPPING METHODS AND DELIVERY TIMES
We offer the following shipping options:
Standard Shipping: Estimated delivery within 7-14 business days.
Expedited Shipping: Estimated delivery within 3-5 business days.
Delivery times may vary based on your location, order volume, and shipping carrier.

SHIPPING COSTS
Shipping costs are calculated based on the shipping method selected, destination, and order value.
Free Shipping: Available for orders over $150.00 within the continental U.S.
Standard Rates: Displayed at checkout based on your location and chosen shipping method.
Promotions or discounts on shipping may apply during specific campaigns.

ORDER PROCESSING TIMES
Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.
Most orders are processed and shipped within 1–2 business days of payment confirmation.
Orders placed after 4:00 PM EST or on weekends/holidays will begin processing the next business day.
Custom or pre-order items may require additional processing time, which will be noted on the product page.

TRACKING YOUR ORDER
Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.
You can track your order by:
Clicking the tracking link in your shipping confirmation email.
Visiting our Chat and entering your tracking number.

SPLIT SHIPMENTS
For orders with multiple items, products may ship separately based on availability or warehouse locations. You will not incur additional shipping fees for split shipments. Each shipment will have its own tracking number.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
Customs and Duties: Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or fees required by their country. These charges are not included in your order total at checkout.
Delivery Times: International shipping times vary by destination. Estimated delivery windows will be displayed at checkout.

SHIPPING RESTRICTIONS
Certain items may be restricted or unavailable for shipping to specific locations due to:
Legal or regulatory restrictions.
Size or weight limitations.
Perishable or hazardous materials.
We do not ship to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses for expedited or overnight delivery.

DAMAGED OR LOST PACKAGES
If your package is lost or arrives damaged:
Lost Packages: Contact our support team at flamingoapparelbrand@gmail.com with your order number and tracking information.
Damaged Packages: Retain all packaging materials and contact us within 14 days of delivery with photos of the damage.
We will work with the shipping carrier to resolve the issue and may offer a replacement or refund, subject to investigation.
